Education client engaged a sizeable vendor to deliver services to students. Vendor failed to comply with federal law in delivering the services. Vendor brought suit against client seeking monetary damages after unsuccessfully negotiating the recovery of loss to the client. Thomas Ingram replaced former counsel to client in the midst of litigation. Thomas Ingram led 1-year+ litigation efforts resulting in client recovering over $100k from failing vendor.

Securing Notable Partnerships.

Higher education institution sought an operator to manage a multi-million-dollar project benefiting its campus and the city where the institution was located. Education client was tapped to become operator. Thomas Ingram led several month negotiations on behalf education client, navigating Ohio and federal law. Negotiations resulted in the securing of a successful and publicized partnership.

Proving Proper Student Treatment.

Complaint against education client regarding treatment of student. Complaint resulted in investigation from county services, local services, and city policy department. Thomas Ingram led internal and external investigations. Thomas Ingram managed evidentiary processes and diligence efforts resulting in no findings against client.
