Prior to joining T I, Jennifer was a Senior Business Analyst with multiple years of full life cycle software development experience. With over twenty-five years of work experience, she has a proven record as an accomplished leader in various work environments to include Private Sector, Non-Profit, State, and Federal Government Agencies throughout the State of Ohio where, among other things, she excelled in leading geographically diverse cross-functional teams and communicating business requirements to technical resources and project teams.

Jennifer works in and with the entire T I ecosystem, internal and external, ensuring operations are fully functional to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all T I client-partners.
