Rochelle D. Pitts, Director of Operations

Rochelle is described by other professionals as “a trustworthy leader” whose “attitude of service toward others is exemplary.” She brings a world of knowledge and experience ranging from staff developer to Chief Operating Officer. As a seasoned operations and human resources professional, Rochelle has managed upwards of 30 people at various career points, led multi-state teams, collaborated with executive teams, and been a member of the executive suite. Her robust background and sharpened skill situate her to ideate, implement, and manage operations of T I to ensure an enhanced and valued experience for both external and internal stakeholders.  

Alongside her business savvy is her engagement in the dance and her faith communities. Studied under the late Bettye Robinson, Rochelle has utilized her classical ballet training to impact many, including through teaching movement classes in public and private schools. A leader in her church, she has established prison ministries, facilitated the launch of dance ministries across the country, and traveled internationally to share her gifting and service.
