Teresa Leonard, Board Administrator

Teresa brings vast board administration and personnel experience stemming from her education, and government and corporate background. Teresa has earned several degrees focused on business. She has engaged in and managed corporate environments maintaining 400 – 1,200+ employees. Teresa’s professional experience ranges from Teresa from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission where she provided administrative support to investigators to serving as the administrative services manager for a federal nonprofit servicing greater than 1,200 families. 

Her board administration skills lend themselves from intimate boards to boards with greater than double-figure trustees overseeing nearly $200m budgets and state regulation responsiveness. Teresa has joined with the T I team to support nonprofit client-partners. She supports our client-partners with managing, facilitating, and capturing the critical administrative functions, outcomes, and actions of governing entities needed to ensure legal compliance and demonstrate proper oversight, governance, and fiduciary responsibilities.
